Automated Continuous Feed Mixing System
We created an Automated Continuous Feed Mixing System (ACFMS) to produce and process homogenous proprietary blend of raw materials. Our independently owned and operated, licensed precast manufacturing plants and processes allows us to maintain the highest Quality Control and Quality Assurance standards (ISO 9001 Certification), while producing RockHardSCP® polymer concrete at a rate of more than 20 cubic yards per hour.
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND ENVIRONMENT
Even in mobile applications of cast-in-place structures, our mixing process involves no VOC (volatile organic compounds) or HAP (hazardous air pollutants) emissions, eliminating the need for:
- permitting or reporting of hazardous materials
- waste removal
- additional insurance
- specialized equipment or materials.

RockHardscp® is proud our independently owned and operated, licensed precast manufacturing plants hold ISO 9001 certification, which testifies to our commitment to maximum quality and customer satisfaction with every manhole, wetwell, and railroad tie we make.
An integral component of our quality management that helped us earn this certification is our product tracking capability. Every RockHardscp® Precast product can be quality checked at every phase of its life with the Idencia RFID Tracking Solution. This means that from manufacturing to storage, to delivery and installation, the products can be GPS-tracked via embedded RFID tags.
WE ARE PROP 65 COMPLIANT
Other polymer concrete manufacturers have to affix a “Prop 65”—also known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986—warning label to any of their products they ship to California. This identifies them as containing chemical ingredients that are known sources of cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
RockHardscp® does not have to attach a warning sticker, because our products do not carry these health risks. They are VOC- and HAP-free.
